Custom Implants: Design and Fabrication

Product 1: Next-Gen Patient specific custom implant for temporal mandibular joint (TMJ) for trauma patients extendable to cancer and congenital defect patients.
Customised Patient-specific temporo mandibular joint (TMJ) implants for trauma patients (extendable to cancer and congenital defect patients), where we have added critical/ novel features such as targeted porosity, anatomically optimized fixation, ergonomic surgical guides (for reducing surgical time and improving accuracy of cuts), and an integrated digital workflow.

Product 2: Next-Gen Patient-Specific Guides for Mandibular Resection and Reconstruction
Advanced oral cancer cases often require resection of large jaw segments, followed by reconstruction using a fibula bone graft. Accurate restoration depends on precise replication of the resected anatomy.
mPragati leverages CT imaging, segmentation, and Virtual Surgical Planning (VSP) to develop patient-specific surgical guides that enhance surgical accuracy, streamline intraoperative workflows, and support predictable reconstructive outcomes. The guides are designed for stable positioning, precise osteotomies, and ergonomic handling in demanding surgical environments.

Product 3: Patient-Specific Cranial Implant Design Using CT-Based Anatomical Modeling and Additive Manufacturing.
Cranial defects resulting from trauma, tumor resection, or congenital conditions often require reconstruction to restore both protection and anatomical contour of the skull. Achieving an optimal outcome depends on an implant that precisely matches the patient's defect.
mPragati designs and manufactures patient-specific cranial implants using CT-based anatomical modeling and advanced design workflows. The implants are produced in medical-grade titanium using Powder Bed Fusion (PBF) additive manufacturing, enabling accurate fit, reduced intraoperative modification, and reliable long-term performance. Each implant is engineered to balance structural strength, weight reduction, and surgical ease of use while meeting the unique anatomical requirements of the patient.
