About the Role
The candidate shall have relevant experience in design of low to medium voltage precision medical device electronics hardware. Prototyping using embedded platforms from Nucleo, Arduino, Raspberry Pi, Microchip, Texas Instruments, etc. Coordinating in-house and external PCB fabrication. Design, develop, code, test, and debug embedded system software. Integrate and validate new electronics hardware designs with mechanical, biomedical, manufacturing engineers, material scientists and doctors. Benchmarking of existing equivalent electronics hardware and integration into existing solutions. Perform engineering validation, design validation, process validation of designed electronics hardware (prototype to production ready). Identify technical risks and challenges and propose corrective action plans. Shall be responsible for purchase, installation, and maintenance activities of the equipment and related infrastructure.
The candidate shall have experience of 4+ years with master’s degree (M.Sc., M.E., M.Tech.) or 6+ years with a B.Tech./ B.E. degree (electrical, mechatronics, electronics, EXTC, instrumentation, computer science or mechanical) with 60% or 6.0 CGPA on 10-point scale. Ph.D. with 2+ years of experience shall also be considered.
